The Department welcomes applications from all candidates with strong
backgrounds in labor and employment relations. We are particularly interested in candidates with research and teaching interests in collective bargaining, labor and employment law, and international labor.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline and possess significant research potential. External funding potential will also be considered.
The Department of Labor Studies and Employment Relations is a growing multidisciplinary department with residential B.A. and B.S. in Labor and Employment Relations (LER) and M.S. in Human Resources and Employment Relations (HRER) programs. The Department also offers fully-online B.A. and B.S. in LER and M.P.S. in HRER degrees, as well as an online B.S. in Organizational Leadership.
