Anyone can register at the site, then post a diary on the blog (and choose the tag “labor” so your diary shows up on the labor part of the site). Daily Kos has about 600,000 readers a day; obviously, a small percentage of them will read any given diary, but there’s at least an opportunity to attract a significant audience.
